Our community consists of 178 units spread over more than 40 carefully landscaped and maintained acres. There are two condo units per villa with 7 different floor plans. What stands out about Myrtle Trace units are the wider than normal separations between buildings. The overarching oak trees and the abundant tropical vegetation provide a cozy park-like setting that fosters both community and privacy. Most of the units are waterfront and the others are on the "green belt".

Unwanted traffic in the community is practically non-existent since there are only two entrances from Wexford Blvd. and no through streets. A large lake separates two sides of our community: the Southampton southern area and the Pembroke northern area. A rustic pedestrian bridge, decoratively lit at night, connects both sides of the community.
